Where should I do my masters in Food Science (Nutrition) in Europe outside the UK?

I am planning to finish my degree in June 2017 and Start my masters in September 2017 in Europe. I am looking for a European city where I can do my masters in English and affordable city. I am quite flexible to learn a new language and immerse in new cultures.
