Hi there, Speaking Hindi isn't a requirement of the application process, but it does show great interest in Indian culture - Generation UK India is looking for applicants who are genuinely interested in Indian culture, life, and broadening their cultural understanding, which speaking Hindi would help you do! I suggest explaining how your fluency in Hindi has encouraged you to apply for this programme and to teach in India.Generation UK India tries to place TAs in schools as pairs, however some TAs will be posted in schools by themselves. It is dependent on what the schools have requested.I hope this was helpful!
