Leaving an internship earlier than expected?
I was contracted for a year-long internship in France, from July 2014 to 10 July 2015. However, I've been offered a summer internship that want me to begin in the middle of June. How problematic would it be to leave an internship around 3 weeks before you're meant to?

I left my summer internship about 3 weeks early. I had to have quite a difficult conversation with my boss (who was not happy), however he understood my reasons and I had already made the decision so there was not a lot he could do. I think if you give as much notice as possible and a good explanation then it should be alright!
