I am seeking a year long placement abroad related to my studies and was wondering how I do this?

I am a second year student currently studying Marketing Management at Northumbria University. I am applying for placements in the UK, but my real interest is to apply to jobs or internships abroad. I was wondering if this is possible to do to gain a placement in my third year of study outside of the UK.

The answer is YES, absolutely you can! You should speak with your university to clarify their stance on working abroad, but ThirdYearAbroad.com has an entire section for non-linguists who want to work/study abroad - have a look to get some advice. You might also want to have a look at Global Graduates for internships/placements abroad which might be just what you're looking for!
