ETA in India - starting date?

Hi there, I am interested in the ETA in India programme however I would only be available for a placement starting in June. Would i still be eligible or are placement dates aren't guaranteed? Also when exactly is the deadline - is it tonight at midnight or can we still apply on the 19th? Thanks!

British Council

British council lets you do a repeat year but you'll have to check with your university :)
