There is no single best way to find an internship, I'm afraid! It varies depending on the country you're heading to and what kind of placement you are looking for. Many students find placements with companies that advertise through UK universities, whilst others use personal contacts.
Do you have an idea of what you'd like to do? A good place to start is with Google! Identify companies you'd like to work for and get in touch with your CV and how you can help them. You never know what could happen!
There's loads of advice on working abroad on ThirdYearAbroad.com, including tips for translating your CV.
Finally, you can check out Global Graduates for opportunities.
