Convention de stage for graduates?

Does any one have any experience of enrolling at a French university but not taking classes in order to obtain a convention de stage? Trying to find out how a graduate can get a convention de stage (when the university they are graduating from will not issue one).

Unfortunately you must be registered with some sort of educational institution (or I think, the pôle emploi also provide them) to get a convention de stage. The whole point is that the stage is work experience for someone still in education, hence why they don't offer them to graduates. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to enrol in a French university without taking classes, and even if you somehow did manage, they wouldn't sign a CDS for someone who wasn't a real student!
